Professional Development
We place significant importance on promoting active learning and development throughout your career at SGX. You will be immersed in unique developmental experiences through structured work-based learning and formal learning. You will need to be a fresh graduate or young professional (with no more than 2 years of working experience) from a recognised university.

Please upload a Cover Letter, indicating your preferred unit (i.e. choose from the list of units above), and your CV in one document. You may indicate interest in one or more units for our consideration. If we find that you are suited to a different unit along the way, we will discuss this with you during the selection process. The document name should include your name.

Candidates Applying for the Technology Unit
This year, as part of our ongoing partnership with Amazon Web Services, candidates applying for our Technology Unit will have the opportunity to participate in our flagship AWS Jam Hack-To-Hire Assessment Centre. AWS Jam is an event where candidates experience a wide range of AWS services in a series of prepared scenarios that represent common use-cases and operational tasks, such as remediation at scale, automation, forensics, incident response, AI/ ML, DevOps, compliance and many others. The event is gamified, with teams competing to score points by completing a series of challenges over the course of the event. More details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
