Technology unit is a strategic partner to SGX's leadership and is responsible for delivering fit for purpose solutions to grow SGX's businesses while strengthening our software development and innovation bench strength with a continued focus on resilience and optimization.

Joining Technology, you will partner with external and internal stakeholders in improving stability of our technology environment and build a stronger development and innovation capability to further our businesses.

Exchange Operations

Exchange Operations (EXO) unit is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and resilient day-to-day operation of SGX's market infrastructure. EXO plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of SGX's trading, clearing, settlement, and custody services across multiple asset classes.

Finance & Corporate Development

Finance & Corporate Development (FCD) is responsible for the full spectrum of SGX's finance function — from financial reporting and finance control & operations through to treasury, tax, investor relations and corporate development. The unit safeguards the integrity of the Group's financial results, manages capital and liquidity, and shapes how SGX invests for growth and communicates value to the market.

Regulation (Regco)

SGX RegCo is where market trust is built and defended. As the independent regulatory arm of SGX Group, RegCo sets the listing standards, governance expectations and disclosure rules that determine how companies enter our market and how they must conduct themselves once they are in it.

Joining RegCo, you will assess companies seeking to list, scrutinise the disclosures investors rely on, and help shape regulatory policy alongside senior leaders and statutory regulators. The cases you handle today become the market standards of tomorrow — and your judgement will directly influence the integrity of Singapore's capital markets.

What you will experience and learn:

• IPO Admission: Sit on the review of companies seeking to list on SGX Mainboard and Catalist - assessing their business, financials and governance before they reach the market.
• Listing Compliance: Hold issuers to the listing rules and disclosure obligations that keep investors properly informed and governance standards high.
• Market Surveillance & Supervision: Apply data analytics to monitor trading activity for anomalies and market misconduct, and supervise trading and clearing members’ compliance with SGX rules, risk controls and conduct standards.
• Regulatory Policy & Reform: Shape listing policy for emerging market trends, new listing structures and shifting international regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage issuers, market practitioners and statutory regulators, learning to hold a firm regulatory line through complex conversations.

Risk Management

Risk Management is a business enabler at the heart of SGX Group's growth and resilience. As the operator of a systemically important market infrastructure, SGX depends on this team to price risk correctly, protect the clearing house, and strike the sharpest possible risk-reward balance — strengthening governance, safeguarding operations and keeping SGX ahead of an evolving risk landscape.

Joining Risk Management, you will work on the models, frameworks and judgement calls that keep billions of dollars of daily exposure safely managed — engaging regulators, advising business units, and helping build the risk frameworks SGX will run on for years to come.

What you will experience and learn:

• Risk Control: Monitor market, credit and liquidity risk across SGX Group and engage regulators on key risk topics.
• Risk Model/Quantification and Validation: Design, code and validate the margin, stress and pricing models behind our multi-asset risk framework.
• Risk Analytics: Implement and run the models, platforms and dashboards that translate approved risk methodologies into live margining, stress testing and exposure monitoring.
• Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): Help the Group prepare for the unexpected — identifying and monitoring risks with business units, managing incidents and business continuity, assessing third-party and outsourcing arrangements against MAS guidelines, and reporting to senior management and regulators.
