Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced in-house technical recruiter on an 18-month contract to deliver end-to-end hiring across a broad range of technology roles. This role requires a highly independent recruiter who is comfortable owning the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with stakeholders at all levels, and driving outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment.

 

The successful candidate will bring deep experience recruiting for technical roles and will be hands-on in sourcing, interviewing, offer formulation, and candidate management, whilst consistently representing the organization as an employer of choice.

 

This role will be pivotal to the organisation’s transformation efforts and is well suited to someone who is motivated by making a deep, tangible impact. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in ambiguous and evolving environments, exercising sound judgement, and making the best possible decisions rather than waiting for perfect information.

 

This is a hands-on role suited for an experienced technical recruiter who enjoys owning outcomes, partnering closely with the business, and delivering high-quality hires across a diverse technology portfolio.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment independently, from role intake and sourcing through to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and offer closure.
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct structured screening and interviews to assess technical capability, role fit, and organizational alignment.
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end, including scheduling with candidates and interview panels where required.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to clarify requirements. Calibrate profiles, and support sound hiring decisions.
  • Develop robust and market-informed offer proposals, incorporating compensation benchmarking and internal considerations.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional, timely, and candidate-centric experience.
  • Drive offer acceptance through effective candidate engagement and stakeholder alignment.
  • Navigate and manage multiple stakeholder across varying seniority levels with confidence and credibility.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reporting within the ATS/CRM.

Job Requirements

  • Typically 7-10 years of experience in technical recruiting, with strong exposure to hiring technology roles end-to-end.
  • Experience operating in-house or in a retained/embedded recruitment model preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent requisitions, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical fundamentals and role suitability.
  • High level of comfort engaging and influencing stakeholders across technical, managerial, and senior leadership levels.
  • Solid understanding of the technology talent market and current hiring trends.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and stakeholder-ready style.
