Job Summary

The Sales Business Support role enables sales effectiveness and governance by delivering data‑driven insights, AI‑enabled process improvements, and strong commercial controls. Partnering closely with Sales and key support functions, the role supports faster client conversion, improved execution quality, and a scalable sales operating model, while ensuring robust operational, risk, and compliance standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Map and improve sales workflows: Document current sales processes, identify pain points, bottlenecks, and manual tasks and recommend automation opportunities
  • Support system automation: automate routine workflows in CRM / sales reports, improve prospect tracking and coordinate with internal IT / digital teams where needed
  • Help create AI agents / copilots: Gather business use cases for AI agents, design prompts, workflows, and guardrails, test use cases, monitor output quality and user adoption
  • Data and reporting support: support dashboard creation and KPI tracking, analyze sales activity/process efficiency, identify common failure points and improvement ideas
  • User enablement: train users on new automations and AI tools, prepare SOPs, playbooks, and simple documentation, gather feedback and continuously improve sales tools
  • Client Incentives & Rebates: Manage end‑to‑end incentive and rebate workflows, resolve system or data issues, and act as key liaison for internal and external audits.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage marketing and travel budgets, monitor utilisation, and support reporting to management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
    • Business Analytics
    • Information Systems
    • Computer Science
    • Data Analytics
    • Engineering
    • Business / Operations with strong digital aptitude
  • 3 years’ experience in experience in Sales Ops, Business Analyst, Automation Analyst, CRM support, or digital transformation is useful
  • Hands-on familiarity with some of the following: CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), Excel / Power Query, Power BI / Tableau, SQL basics, AI productivity tools / copilots / LLM-based workflow tool
