Job Summary

The GSO Sales Business Support role plays a critical part in enhancing sales effectiveness and ensuring strong commercial governance. This position drives data-led decision-making, leverages AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency, and strengthens control frameworks across the sales ecosystem.

Working closely with Sales and key cross-functional partners, the role supports faster client acquisition, elevates execution quality, and contributes to building a scalable, high-performing sales operating model—all while upholding robust risk, compliance, and governance standards.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and standardise high-quality sales reports, dashboards, and presentation materials

 

AI & Process Optimisation

  • Harness AI, automation, and analytics to enhance sales processes and improve efficiency
  • Automate recurring reporting workflows and identify high-potential client segments for cross-sell and revenue growth

Client Incentives & Rebates Management

  • Manage end-to-end management of client incentive and rebate programmes
  • Ensure data accuracy, resolve system-related issues, and maintain clear audit trails
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external audit engagements

 

Contract Management & Governance

  • Support the review, coordination, and documentation of commercial contracts and addendums
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining proper governance standards

 

Budget Oversight

  • Monitor and manage marketing and travel budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and utilisation
  • Provide timely reporting and insights to support management decision-making

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business support, or commercial functions
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of VBA and/or Python is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated experience or keen interest in AI, automation, and data-driven process improvement
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions including Sales, Finance, Technology, Compliance, and Audit
  • Highly detail-oriented and structured, with strong awareness of governance and audit requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
