Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.

• Review project proposals to define timelines, budgets, resources, and execution plans.
• Set clear project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead and motivate project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a communication plan for all stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress and ensure quality and consistency in reporting.
• Align project outcomes with business objectives.
• Set standards for documentation and reporting.
• Continuously look for ways to improve project management practices.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred) with at least 8 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with Agile and traditional project methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Confluence.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate in an environment which the role may not directly control resources.
• Proven ability to understand complex business requirements and system workflows.
