Product Manager, AVP /Equities - Securities

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Equities team at SGX. This role is pivotal in managing the full lifecycle of product listings, driving product enhancements, and supporting strategic initiatives across marketing, analytics, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, analytical acumen, and the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management & Development
- Manage the end-to-end product listing lifecycle, including regulatory submission and coordination with internal teams (e.g., Operations and Technology, SGX Regco) and external stakeholders (issuers, brokers).
- Conduct research, data analysis, and stakeholder discussions to identify opportunities for product enhancement, and identify improvements in the operating and regulatory environment that can help enhance the product offering. .
- Oversee pricing policies to ensure alignment with product strategy. - Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor product performance and track market, investor, and issuer activities.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, covering trading statistics, issuer metrics, and investor engagement insights.
- Identify key trends, opportunities, and risks from data insights and recommend strategic actions aligned with business goals. - Marketing, Campaigns & Event Management
- Lead and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with intermediaries and external stakeholders (issuers, brokers) to amplify product awareness.
- Provide market insights to create top-line activation content that can be distribution across channels.
- Support ad hoc training sessions, presentations, and stakeholder education initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, in financial services or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of equity markets, listing processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and reporting platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in campaign execution and content management is a plus
- Self-starter with high accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail
