About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our Service Delivery team within a Foreign Exchange (FX) electronic trading venue. This role sits directly under the Head of Sellside Service Delivery and offers a unique opportunity to gain deep exposure to institutional FX markets and electronic trading platforms. As a part of Service Delivery Team, we are responsible for providing seamless services to all our clients that include Banks, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds etc. The team is responsible for serving our clients technically by implementing, designing, and supporting our products. We also work closely with the Development, QA, IT and Sales team to provide input from the technical point of view. The team members can build in-depth understanding of the FX market and develop skills around different technical aspects of Front, Middle and Back-office systems used across the financial domain globally.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management
- Understand client requirements. Break into the technical tasks and implement solutions for clients based on the product offering.
- Engage with clients on the weekly/biweekly meetings and update on the projects and feature releases along with business team.
- Support the MaxxTrader products at the client sites on an ongoing basis. This requires the candidate to learn the business requirement and implement them for both backend and frontend of the system.
2. Technical
- Constantly build tools and scripts to automate the installation and troubleshooting of the system.
- Manage the overall client setup and work as technical managers for the accounts allocated.
- Update/enhance/write new scripts and small code changes to cater to client’s requirements.
3. Functional
- Understand the functional aspect of the product to map it to correct technical requirements, this needs understanding of the FX-OTC business which will be acquired the as you work in the team.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product, Technology, Sales, and Liquidity teams to gather input.
- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and product discussions.
- Support ad-hoc strategic projects led by the Head of Sellside Service Delivery.

Requirements Education
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Engineering / Computer Science Stream.
Skills & Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of Unix/Linux, Shell/Perl/Python, C/C++, Java.
