Brief Overview:

The Strategy & Transformation Team is a team that works closely with our CIO and CTO focusing on setting out strategic goals and turning them into transformation opportunities in the technology and operation space. Our initiatives span across a wide range of initiatives including digital transformation, GenAI/AI/Analytics implementation, new technology exploration etc.

Learning Objectives:

• The intern will be part of one of our initiatives (likely digital transformation) driving some of the key initiatives that achieve digitalization, automation, process re-design, AI implementation, data-driven decision making, UX/CX design.

• In addition, he/she will have the opportunity to research on industry trends and emerging technologies to see how new technologies can cater to current and future business needs.

• He/She can look forward to work alongside CTO, Technology Heads, Business owners, Project Managers, to gain knowledge and exposure to market trends and business operations. 

Job Description:

• Drive some of the key initiatives in a digital transformation initiatives – identify pain points in an existing process, do user interviews, solution design to ensure value, draw out process flows and E2E UX etc.

• Provide support in the research and evaluation of industry trends and technology advancement

• Provide support in preparation of technology management reports, presentations and papers

• Collaborate with various teams in the organization on strategic technology projects

• Participate in decision-making discussions at management level.

• Thorough with checking the work and is detailed oriented (esp. with numbers)
