Short overview on the Unit/Team

SGX’s international sales organization, i.e. Global Sales & Origination (“GSO”), has a global presence with 19 overseas offices across Asia, the United States (US) and Europe. The aim is to broaden our institutional and corporate client coverage to increase participation in our multi-asset product suite. This includes Securities and Derivatives with the latter cutting across Equities, FX, Rates, Commodities and Digital Assets.

GSO remains focused on activity identifying new themes to unlock revenue opportunities, particularly in the buy-side segment. With the ongoing growth of our currencies and commodities business complementing our well-established strength across Asia equities and increasing volumes traded during our overnight T+1 session, we are increasingly relevant to a broader range of global market participants.
