Investor Relations

Brief Overview:

We drive purposeful conversations among business, finance and internal stakeholders. Building on our understanding of business intelligence and financial metrics, we aim to provide relevant insights to enable our internal stakeholders to make business decisions and identify opportunities for business initiatives. 


Learning Objectives:

This internship is a unique opportunity to learn to work with cross functional teams and facilitate effective communication to all stakeholders. The selected intern would aid in annual budget and 3-year planning, financial analysis and process improvements/ automation.  The intern would also gain insights on the key drivers of the exchange business.

 

Job Description:

  • Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, peer analysis, and analysts' financial models
  • Support the coordination of investor meetings, conferences, and events
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings calls and other investor communications
  • Provide administrative support to the Investor Relations team as needed

 

Knowledge and Skills requirements:

  • Major in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
  • Good understanding of the equities markets; Strong interests and hands-on trading and investment experiences preferred 
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills/ Ability to map and analyse business processes
  • Attention to detail and able to work independently
