Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Services Specialist to support end-to-end account lifecycle management. This role combines operational excellence, client interaction, and ownership of AI-enabled automation solutions to drive efficiency and enhance service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

Account Maintenance & Operations

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of new account openings, in compliance with regulatory, KYC, and internal documentation requirements
  • Perform account maintenance activities, including updates, amendments, and closures, ensuring data integrity across systems
  • Review and validate account documentation to ensure completeness and adherence to policies
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies, risks, or compliance concerns promptly
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

Client Servicing & Relationship Support

  • Deliver a high standard of client experience, ensuring requests are handled accurately and within agreed service levels
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery

AI & Automation Enablement

  • Operate and manage AI-enabled automation solutions to support account servicing processes
  • Monitor system performance, identify gaps, and provide feedback to enhance automation effectiveness
  • Collaborate with technology teams to optimize workflows and drive digitization initiatives
  • Support user testing, implementation, and adoption of new automation tools within the team
  • Act as a subject matter user bridging operations and technology to improve productivity and scalability

General & Team Contributions

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects, audits, and system enhancements as required
  • Participate in team initiatives aimed at improving operational controls and customer experience
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
