Associate, Operations & Technology (Securities, Listing, Trading & Data)

Job Summary

We are seeking an analytical thinker to join Securities Business Operations team. The ideal candidate will have the chance to gain experience in one or more of the following areas: market data, billing management, listing and trading within securities market value chain.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of BAU processes related to market data, billing management, listings, and trading, including:
  -    Maintenance of data and information, such as corporate details and corporate actions
  -    Processing of market data and connectivity billing
  -    Handling requests and queries from Market Data customers and Issuers
  -    ISIN issuance
  -    Processing of new listings and additional listings
  -    Supporting product launches
• Contribute to process reviews and enhancements to maintain high standards of operational efficiency and risk management in daily activities and project implementation.
• Support operational readiness for securities products and platform-related projects, including testing and documentation updates.
• Assist team managers in achieving team KPIs and driving SGX’s overall success.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with strong interest in Securities market and products.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Demostrates a proactive, can-do attitude
• Quick and adptable learner 
• Ability to deal with ambiguity & communicate complex concepts clearly 
• Ability to communicate complex concepts
• Analytical mindset with strong problem solving abilities
• Good inter-personal skills
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
