Join our Marketing & Communications team to turn ideas into digital stories and content that engage audiences worldwide. In this role, you will help build the blueprint for mobile-first, real-time video storytelling and content innovation across SGX Group’s corporate marketing and internal communications. Besides gaining hands-on experience and mentorship, you will grow your creative and marketing expertise in a fast-paced, globally connected environment and be part of the team that shapes the future of capital markets at SGX Group.

Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Creative Ideation

  • Manage weekly activity timeline process and work with team leads to set digital production priorities and scope (examples include C-suite and corporate events, CSR, internal townhall, etc).
  • Drive brand-building, develop original concepts and storyboard for authentic mobile-first video content for defined audiences.
  • Balance creative trend adoption with brand authenticity and tone of voice in production.

 

2. Digital Production and Real-Time Publishing

  • Plan, shoot, edit and publish mobile-first videos aligned to SGX Group brand.
  • Cover selected live events and deliver same-day shorts and edits for social coverage.
  • Build and maintain a basic mobile video production toolkit (equipment and software).
  • Embed AI-assisted tools to enhance creative workflows to improve quality or speed.

 

3. Iteration and Knowledge Sharing

  • Track performance, run tests and publish monthly insights on “what worked/what’s next”.
  • Create reusable templates or prototypes for scaling content production across teams.
  • Prepare training and share best practices to help build a culture of creative excellence.

 

4. Project Management & Collaboration

    • Manage timelines, budget, resource scheduling and approvals for multiple initiatives.
    • Brief and direct on-screen talent; collaborate with internal teams and external partners such as content creators, community and agencies.
    • Coordinate co-coverage with partners and ensure narrative alignment and co-branding.
    • Provide executive support and reporting for M&C team activities and identify opportunities for better process efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher, in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field with1-2 years of in-house creative or content creation experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong creative mindset with storyboarding and copywriting skills, with ability to craft scripts and on-screen text. Has a keen eye for aesthetics and able to execute with visual consistency.
  • Digital native with appreciation for emerging trends, and able to balance with brand authenticity.
  • Proficiency in digital and video production (e.g., Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or similar software).
  • Portfolio showcasing mobile-first video content – please include links in your application.
  • Diploma or higher, in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • Good project management skills, able to deliver work independently and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Interested in finance and capital markets with a strong willingness to learn on the job.
  • Self-motivated, accountable and some flexibility to work outside core office hours during events
