Job Responsibilities

  • Provide operations support to SGX Business Units
  • Work with SGX stakeholders to bring in /centralize appropriate processes into the team
  • Continuously review team processes to identify areas for standardization and streamlining to drive efficiency/increase productivity
  • Manage the team and load-balance to perform the team’s processes according to agreed SLAs
  • Lead and provide guidance to team members and ensure they are appropriately trained
  • To continously update the team's knowledge to support new system changes, processes or enhancements

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on, experienced and mature people manager
  • Possess good communication skills and stakeholder engagement
  • Financial institution operational background will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing disparate processes and in process streamlining
  • Ability to deal with details and think at strategic high level as required by context
