Job Summary

The associate/senior associate will support the delivery of Value-Focused initiatives (i.e. Training Grant and Professional Services Grant) aimed at enhancing the liquidity and valuation of participating listed companies. He/She will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including listed companies and industry partners to drive engagement and program success. 

Job Responsibilities

1. Program Execution & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Supporting the Program Manager on Value Focused initiatives with participating listcos.
  • Assist in developing and tracking enhancement plans with issuers.
  • Coordinate engagements with investor relations teams and corporate management.

2. Operational Delivery & Grant Management

  • Monitor program milestones and ensure timely reporting
  • Assist in managing Training Grant and Professional Services Grant, including documentation, appeals, and audit support
  • Assist in organising investor outreach activities such as roadshows and investor days, and support efforts to raise the media profile of listed companies
  • Maintain accurate records for program tracking, support governance processes including meeting scheduling and minute-taking

3. Industry Ecosystem Support

  • Work with strategic partners (e.g., SGListCos, SID, SIAS) on activities to support the ecosystem and promote program visibility

4. Communications & Visibility

  • Crafting of communication materials that highlight program outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support media and outreach efforts to enhance program credibility.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Previous experience of programme management with prior exposure to the financial industry
  • Strong written/spoken English language skills
  • Strong sense of commitment and ability to manage an industry-wide programme
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Comfortable working with people at all levels – internal and external
