Job Summary

Reporting to HR in Head Office Singapore, the incumbent will be a Senior HR Business Partner responsible for SGX subsidiaries in Europe, based in London. This is a key position with close interface with employees, managers, senior management/CEO and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides advice to senior stakeholders within the organization to deliver on priorities and activities.
  • Provides advice and support to managers in employee relations, performance management, learning and development, manpower management, compensation, benefits and policy administration.
  • Engages employees via various channels, grievance handling and counselling, career/professional development advice.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in SGX subsidiaries across Europe pertinent to the ongoing employee relations and collaborate with Head Office HR and Legal & Compliance functions when necessary.
  • Build routines and operating framework to stay close to the relevant businesses.
  • Build HR processes in alignment with Head Office strategic direction and policies and embed the operating model.
  • Involves in annual HR processes including annual performance and rewards review, succession planning and talent identification and development.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • At least 10-12 years of progressive career growth as a HR generalist with experience partnering business across Europe including London and France
  • Experienced in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR operations at the execution level
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to partner with senior stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of employment laws within multiple EU regions including France, hence proficiency in French is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast moving and rapidly growing environment
  • Experience in technology industry is a strong plus
  • Proactive, independent, articulate, confident and customer-oriented
  • Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong logical thinker who applies good judgement to employee situations
  • An effective team player
  • Proficiency in French language will have an added advantage
